• ODA = Olympic Delivery Authority: public company responsible for build and infrastructure using public money (Olympic Lottery Distributor)

• LOCOG = London Organising Committee for the Olympic & Paralympic Games:private company raising money to stage the events

• Culture, Ceremonies and Education Team (within LOCOG) = responsible for delivery of the Cultural Olympiad (Chair – Tony Hall; Head – Bill Morris; Director – Ruth Mackenzie)

• 2012 Creative Programmers = delivery in the 12 regions and nations of the UK• Team South West & County Teams (Team Dorset) = regional/local delivery & legacy
