Cultural Competence Resources for Nova Scotia Employers

ISIS is the largest immigrant-serving agency in Atlantic Canada. ISIS provides settlement services and training for Nova Scotia immigrants and works with Nova Scotia employers to support them in hiring and retaining immigrants. The Workplace Culture Program has a range of free cross-cultural awareness and communication services targeted to the needs of employers hiring immigrants. The Workplace Culture Assessment Tool, Building Cultural Competence workshops and the Workplace Culture Diversity Series Workshops are just a few of the services provided.
