The City of Adelanto recently approved a progressive approach to stimulating financial growth in the city: the permitted use of Medical Marijuana Cultivation. The measure allows an overlay use in specified industrial zones, recently increased to about 2,000 Acres. Improved properties and vacant land in the designated area have been selling quickly boosting the city’s economy.

Growing High Desert Community with a Strong Work Base
