Quotation Invited

Subject: Gujarat Technological University (GTU) invites Quotation from Chartered Accountant forappointment as consultant.

Quotation invited for Appointment of Consultant (Chartered Accountant) as per details given below:

1. Sealed quotations are invited for Appointment of Consultant at Gujarat Technological University,

Ahmedabad for the financial year 2021-22.

2. Last date for submitting quotation in sealed envelope is on or beforeQ4/av2021 up to 6:00 P.M. Bidderhas to send quotation via speed post/courier/register AD only. In person quotation will not beaccepted.

3. The envelope must be super scribed `'Appointment as Consultant for GST".

4. Technical bid and financial bid should be kept in two separate envelopes. Technical bid envelope should

contain all the details/data as mentioned in point no.18 (as per page no.3) and all related self-attested

document.

5. Financial bid envelope should contain professional fees quotation (as per page no.4).

6. Both envelope are required to be further sealed in a single envelop.

7. The financial bids of only those firms will be opened who is qualified in technical bid evaluation. Conditional

offer will not be accepted.

8. If bidder fails to quote the rates in the standard format then bid will not be considered for further

process. The rate shall be quoted both in figures and in words and whenever there is discrepancy in ratebetween words and figure, lower of the two will be considered.

9. Quotation should be signed and stamped by the authorized signatory.

10. The incomplete and conditional bids will be rejected.

11. The University reserves the right to rej.ect any or all quotations without assigning any reasons.

12. Quoting unrealistic rates will be treated as disqualification.

13. The University reserves the right to issue appointment partially or fully without as signing any reasons.

14, Judicial Jurisdiction of all the dispute will be Ahmedabad(Gujarat)only

15. The assignment will be for the period of one year on initial basis. However, it can be further extended at

the discretion of the GTU, on evaluation of the satisfactory performance of the firm for the further

period of 1 or 2 year at the same fees.
