CUBIC group of companies is a collection of Cubic Company for constructional contracting Limited as a parent company and Cubic Enviro Company Limited for environmental services as a subsidiary company that functions as a single economic entity through a common source of control to service oil and gas sector in Iraq and Kurdistan Region. CUBIC has been founded by Aryan Effendi in 2007 under the laws of IRAQ - Kurdistan Region after a long term experience in environment, engineering and construction fields.

It had been registered as Oil & Gas Service Company with Ministry of Natural Resources (MNR) under No. 100138 to be added to vender supplier list of KRI based on the good reputation, quality and safety standards policy.

Waste Management

Cubic Group is specialized in integrated waste management, especially providing efficient incinerators with complete operation and maintenance services. Collecting all types of waste using industrial color coded skips and skip loaders, transport waste to recycling destination, transport waste and cutting from the drilling area and supply black water treatment units.

Cubic Group treats the contaminated soil based on testing a sample of contaminating material to decide chemical treatment or incinerating the contaminated soil by special fitted incinerator to get soil free of contamination and represents the incinerator manufacturers in Iraq and Arabian Gulf for wide range of incinerators like Self-Contained & Mobile Incinerators, Animal Cremation, and all other types of Waste Incinerators.

Cubic cleans the cuttings pits by treating the hazardous materials then disposes/moves remain sludge in safe way.

Cubic Co. is keen to use the newest techniques that are environmentally friendly without any negative impact on it, so Cubic makes waste water treatment units as recommended by international standards, and installed many unites at Oil &Gas development locations throughout KRI.
