• ELECTRICITY: 20mW, 120,000,000 kWh annually.
• STEAM: 150,000 lbs/hr winter steam load.
• CHILLED WATER: 3,300 tons, peaks in summer.

PURPA
• PUBLIC UTILITIES REGULATORY POLICY ACT,1978.
• ENCOURAGED THE DEVELOPMENT OF COGENERATION FACILITIES, AND PROVIDES THAT UTILITIES WOULD BE REQUIRED TO PURCHASE ELECTRICITY FROM, AND PROVIDE BACK-UP POWER TO CO-GENERATORS AT NON-DISCRIMINATORY RATES.
• CO-GENERATORS ARE EXEMPT FROM REGULATION AS PUBLIC UTILITIES.
• ELECTRIC UTILITIES ARE REQUIRED TO INTERCONNECT AND OPERATE IN PARALLEL WITH COGENERATION FACILITIES.
