• Develop COAs focused on the entire campaign to achieve the CTF operational endstate, not only focusing on the initial prioritized Supporting Effects.

• Common Priority Tasks– Preparation and projection of forces– Force protection measures.

• CPG 2– Compliance climate – Ideal situation for CTF; stakeholders

supportive of peace process.– Military power as a supporting effort to Diplomatic,

INFORMATION FOCUS

1. Info Ops framework and broad themes for the entire CTF campaign, providing the direction for IO solutioning.

2. CTF tactical actions must complement and reinforce IO efforts, demonstrate the will of the CTF to the peace process, and shape the right perception by the targeted stakeholders.

3. Key target stakeholders for IO – KUH and SON governments, Troop Contributing Countries (TCC) governments, local populace, TCC populace, UN and IO/NGO/HA agencies.

ECONOMIC & SOCIAL FOCUS

1. All efforts to support return to normalcy.2. Better understanding of local populace – demonstrate

•To enforce peace agreement for transition to KUH government and UN PKF through coalition effort focus on Diplomacy, Information Ops, Military, Economic and Social (DIMES) measures. End state is to achieve long term solution for a safe and peaceful environment.

•This is achieved by containment of hostilities within KUH based on min force footprint and consensus on UN Mandate among all stakeholders. Maintaining the flexibility to scale the force as required. Allowing major effort on active engagement of relevant agencies in support of relief, reconstruction efforts, and confidence building measures to establish CTF’s credibility and commitment.
