CTE programs in Virginia public schools serve more than 550,000 students in grades 6-12.
Secondary Enrollment Demographic Report for 2013-2014: -- Approximately 9,000 students participated in a Stafford County Public Schools (SCPS) CTE Program.
- Including duplicates (i.e. one student that takes 2 or more CTE courses) 16,930 CTE students taught.
– The Economics & Personal Finance course increases to 100% SCPS students involved in CTE curriculum.
No Other SCPS Curricular Program Has Depth and Breadth of CTE.
Over 60 students going to National competitions from CTE Student Associations.
