    governed by the IT Act where one can claim tax exemptions twice in a

    block of four ears.

    Other terms & conditions of the Offer

    1. Probation Period will be of 6 months w.e.f. date of joining.

    2. Confirmation after successful completion of probation period.

    3. This offer is subject to you are being found fit in the pre-employment medical test.

    4. Notice Period: Three months from either side or three months compensation (Basic+ Special Allowance).

    5. Next Compensation Revision in July 2012 based on Annual Performance review and date of joining

    6. Retirement Age: 58 years

    7. 100% Compliance of Co's rules, regulations and Code of Conduct & Group Values.

    8. Your CTC shall remain fixed till next revision. However, the components in the offer sheet may be altered without change in the CTC.
