NOTE :

a) Aditional benefits extended by the company as per Company policy is Group Mediclaim Insurance coverage of Rs 1,00,000/- per annum

for self and immediate family ( wife & two children).

b) LTA can only be availed after completion of one year of service.

c) Sales Incentive amount stated is an indicative figure based on an assumption that you will earn the maximum of 100%.

However actual incentive may vary from 0-100% subject to your performance as per the desired norms.

The incentive shall be applicable only on being assigned field job and is effective from the 3rd Qtr of the financial year 2013-14, and shall

be payable provided you are on the rolls of the ecompany during the time of payout.

d) Annual Bonus for the period (April - March) is payable in September / October of every year.

e) Medical is a reimbursement benefit covering only immediate family members ( self & wife ) during the training period.

f) Two wheeler shall be alloted as per company OYTW Scheme & individual grade entitlement.

g) Leave entitlement with in a year long training period : Contingency Leave of 15 days.
