Be aware that you may not make a requirement for your students to use the Internet at home for an assignment.
All students do not have access to the Internet at home, therefore the assignment could not be completed.

Get to know this V.I.P at your site!
Do not take things into your own hands!
Site Support Technician1-2 people at your site for technology-related issues.
Trained in basic troubleshooting techniques
First resource for computer or network problems
Cleaning & maintaining computers, printers, scanners, etc.
Liaison between Information Systems Department (IS) and each site
Submit and track ALL Customer Service Requests (CSRs) for the site.

How do I use the computer lab with students?
Who is in charge of the lab(s)at your site? Media Specialist (elementary) Lab Manager SST Technology/Computer Teacher Scheduling and availability will vary at each site
Familiarize yourself with the programs and saving files in the lab prior to taking your students. It’s different than at home!

Can’t re-use a password for 36 times. Don’t post your password anywhere!!!
Select a password that is easy for you to remember but not easy for your students to guess

1. Type f:\ in the space for file name
2. Select the Users folder
3. Select your user folder
