DESIGNCSS Corp is involved in an overarching design that includesautomation of the AWS procurement, instance conguration anddeployment. CSS Corp used its expertise with open-sourcedevelopment platforms (ANT-based build scripts, for example) toutilize the Amazon EC2 in an optimal fashion. Web services and
API development are all part of the architecture that enablepublishing and consumption of data among the components.CSS Corp analyzed transaction, processing and storagerequirements for Clients application and recommended anoptimal architecture.
PROVISIONING AND DEPLOYMENTCSS Corp has automated the entire provisioning and deploymentsequence for the cloud deployment. CSS Corp team developedan automation engine for all stages from customer registration,instance conguration, along with monitoring agent, and

MONITORING, SUPPORT & MANAGEMENT
MONITORING: CSS Corp deployed a sophisticated systemsmanagement solution, InfraWatch to proactively monitor,manage and support the servers on the cloud. InfraWatch offerspowerful features like Event Coorelation, perpetual EventEnrichment, Customizable Notications, and a Site & Role BasedPortal that delivers a comprehensive monitoring solution.
SUPPORT SERVICES: are compatible with ITIL standards and areimplemented according to predened SLA agreements such asresponse, customer-updates, and resolution time. CSS Corp alsoprovides 24/7 First Line of Support service to the Client. Theseservices includeIncident Management: Quick identication and problemresolution using alert monitoring, diagnostic tools, incidentanalysis and forensics.Problem Management: Proactively perform the root causeanalysis of client infrastructure that helps address potentialproblems.
