The first step towards reaching attunement with your stone is to familiarize yourself with itlike. How does it look in the light? Notice its size, color, shape, texture, and any other visibto see your stone. Now, with your eyes still closed, feel your stone. Feel its size, shape, weimagine yourself holding it. See it and feel it in your mind. Take note of any images or thoustone.

Repeat this step every day to become familiarized with your stone. Then, even after you hperiodically to keep the look and feel of your stone fresh in your memory. This will help to

Tuning In To Your Stones

Once you feel familiarized with and connected to your stone, the last step is to actually tunyour mind must first be still, free from any thoughts. Meditation, visualization, prayer, yogopen heart that is ready and willing to accept what the stone gives, without any doubts or expectations of what this will bring.

With an open heart and a still mind, you can now hold your stone and allow your mind to rwith your inner 'ears'. See with your inner 'eyes'. Take note of any spontaneous images or with your stone in silence, the responses that come will be quick and clear.

Healing

Simply point or touch a location and then mentally say the appropriate stones name,and the ethereal stone will then be placed.

Example: You want to do a healing sessions with 3 crystals/stones: Ruby Rose Quartzand Citrine. You want to place the Ruby on the Root Chakra, the Rose Quartz on the

Heart Chakra and the Citrine on the Solar Plexus Chakra. Place the Ruby by pointingwith you finger (or with your mind only) on the Root Chakra and say mentally “Ruby”.The Ruby will be instantly placed. Go on to the Solar Plexus Chakra. Point at the Solar Plexus and think “Citrine”. Do the same with the Rose Quartz. You can also placeEthereal Crystals in organs. Example: You could mentally think “Citrine in the bladder.”The Citrine will then be placed in the bladder.

After placing the crystals/stones, you can begin Reiki, massage, aromatherapy, etc. or choose to let the Ethereal Crystal session stand alone.

The stones will disappear when no longer needed. Unlike material stone/crystals,movement or activity cannot dislodge these crystal/stones. Even though unnecessary,you can always remove these crystals/stones by thinking “remove Citrine” or “remove allcrystals/stones”. Use the same method of healing on yourself as you do on others.

Distance Healing

To place an Ethereal Crystal long distance, do the following:

“Place Citrine on (person’s name)’s Solar Plexus Chakra.” Of course choose theappropriate stone/crystal. Also do the same when placing them in the organs. Then thestone will instantly be placed.

Gem Elixirs and Strengthening Stones

To create a gem elixir you normally have to place the stone/crystal in the water for 12-24 hours. With the Ethereal Crystal attunement, you can create powerful gem elixirs inseconds. When you have reached Ethereal Crystals 3, the elixir will become 400%stronger then using normal gemstones. You are also able to strengthen stones as well.




To create a gem elixir: Pour water into glass. Say mentally, “Place (name of crystals/stones) in the water.” The water will then be fully charged in seconds.

To strengthen a stone: Get the stone you want to strengthen. Say mentally, “Place(name of Ethereal Crystal) in (your stone).” Your stone will be strengthened in seconds.

To place an Ethereal single terminated Clear Quartz Crystal (or double terminated inEthereal Crystal 4, 5, 6) – place it as usual and then define which way the point will turn.Example: “Place single terminated clear quartz crystal on the heart chakra, with thepoint pointing downwards.”
