How CBS Work

In LAN Environment

CBS is a Web-based business management system. All the Data’s are saved and applications are

hosted on the Centralized CBS Server. A centralized Server doesn’t require any synchronization of

data. Data is up-to-date all the time. If you want to add a new Computer in to the Network just

connect the Computer in to the network Switch and browse the CBS application. It is not necessary

to install any applications on the Client Machines. All the Data’s are saved into the CBS Server and



the CBS Server distribute the Data into Different Computers. So there is no Chance to the loss of

data. CBS auto Backup Mechanism Saves the Data Base Backup to Specified locations at specified

time Intervals.

In WAN Environment

In a Wide Area Network (WAN), where the Client has workstations at remote locations, all the

workstations can access the CBS Server. All data’s are centralized in the main office. It will help

to improve the business process a lot. With the help of available web tools, you will be able to

work in your own PC even if you are not in the Office.

*This can be done only if you get Permission from the Management or Network Administrators



Cloud System

Cloud computing is a type of computing that relies on sharing computing resources rather

than having local servers or personal devices to handle applications. Cloud computing is

comparable to grid computing, a type of computing where unused processing cycles of all
