WORK EXPERIENCE CORELOGIC COLUMBIA, SC Supervisor II, Operations, Doc Processing Center April 2013 - Present Organized and supervised a team of 13 employees’ whose responsibility were processing hands on and a task list for Inbound mail, Imaging documents, DC Print Batching, Check Matching, Sending documents for recordation and Outbound shipping to home owners and clients. Monitored work dashboards/task lists to make sure the team meet internal SLA’s as well as the customer compliance dates. Hire and train employees, and evaluate their performance and attendance. Provide weekly updates to my reporting manager regarding the successful and unsuccessful challenges within the department, staffing updates and production numbers for the week. Placed and created a QC Verification Sheet where needed to assure accuracy and quality. This provided accountability for the document locations and processing. This QC Validation worksheet created empowerment and development on their own, resulted in 100% document accountability. Worked with HR to help develop an attendance policy. Also created an attendance spreadsheet to keep up with the number of occurrence in which help with reduction of attendance issues with employees. Shared this with HR and other supervisors/managers.
