MIKE Project : Widespread Copper Mineralization Exploration on Cresval’s 100%-owned MIKE Project (formerly the Bridge River Project) has produced high-grade values across three showings with widespread copper mineralization. The property is situated near supplies and infrastructure, about 40 kilometres west-northwest of the town of Goldbridge and about 235 kilometers by road from Vancouver. The large scale of the mineral showings, the grades and the associated geology all indicate excellent potential for the MIKE Project to host a bulk-mineable porphyry copper±molybdenum± gold deposit. Major Discovery on Adjoining Hunter Dickinson/Amarc IKE Project In November 2014, Amarc Resources reported a significant Cu/Mo/Ag discovery at its IKE Project, adjoining CRV’s ground to the north. Assay results received from an initial 5,400 m diamond drill program confirmed the presence of an important porphyry-style deposit. High Values from Sampling Exploration focuses on three primary porphyry copper showings: Nichol, Russnor and BR. The BR showing Includes 1.08% Cu and 0.05% Mo across 1m from quartz-sulphide veins, 0.14% Cu over 17m from trenching and 0.134% Cu over 9m ±molybdenum from the bottom of DDH 71-1. The Russnor adit contains an average of 1.38% Cu over 30.5m, 1.19% Cu over 12.2m and 1.00% Cu over 16.2m. An open cut 25m north of the portal graded 0.94% Cu over 12.8m, with minor values in gold, silver and molybdenum. Results from the Nichol showing include 4.73% Cu, 32.8 g/t Ag, 0.16 g/t Au and 0.015% Mo over 1m from Vein 1 in Trench 5 and 8.91% Cu, 33.1 g/t Ag and 0.043% Mo over 0.6m from Vein 2 in Trench 9. Diamond drilling (412m/10 holes) on the Nichol showing yielded significant results, including 3.50% Cu, 1.00 oz/t Ag, 0.079% Mo over 8.5m in 79-S1. Latest Exploration A 9-hole, 2,031m diamond drill program was the focus of work completed in 2011. Drilling concen- trated on the Russnor and BR claims and encountered long intercepts of typical porphyry mineraliza- tion. Results included Hole CP-4 with 205.75 feet of .033% Cu and 6.35 feet of .221% Cu. Complete results are available in Cresval’s December 14 news release. * From NI 43-101 compliant “GEOLOGICAL and GEOCHEMICAL EVALUATION REPORT of the BRIDGE RIVER PROJECT (COPPER CLAIMS),” dated March 22, 2006. MIKE Project: Widespread Copper MineralizationExploration on Cresval’s 100%-owned MIKE Project (formerly the Bridge River Project) has produced

high-grade values across three showings with widespread copper mineralization. The property is

situated near supplies and infrastructure, about 40 kilometres west-northwest of the town of

showings, the grades and the associated geology all indicate excellent potential for the MIKE Project

to host a bulk-mineable porphyry copper±molybdenum± gold deposit.

Major Discovery on Adjoining Hunter Dickinson/Amarc IKE ProjectIn November 2014, Amarc Resources reported a significant Cu/Mo/Ag discovery at its IKE Project, adjoining

CRV’s ground to the north. Assay results received from an initial 5,400 m diamond drill program

confirmed the presence of an important porphyry-style deposit.

High Values from SamplingExploration focuses on three primary

porphyry copper showings: Nichol,

Russnor and BR.

The BR showing Includes 1.08% Cu

and 0.05% Mo across 1m from

quartz-sulphide veins, 0.14% Cu over

17m from trenching and 0.134% Cu

over 9m ±molybdenum from the

bottom of DDH 71-1.

The Russnor adit contains an

average of 1.38% Cu over 30.5m,

1.19% Cu over 12.2m and 1.00% Cu

over 16.2m. An open cut 25m north

of the portal graded 0.94% Cu over

12.8m, with minor values in gold, silver and molybdenum.

New Raven Project: Six Gold Showings

The 2,707-hectare (6,689 acres) Raven claims were staked after road building uncovered

pyrite-bearing float assaying 12.21 grams Au/tonne (.356 oz Au/ton). Trenching

subsequently identified five gold showings. Soil sampling extended the original grid

to the east and indicated a north-south gold anomaly roughly parallel with the

anomalies identified in the earlier trenching.

Significant Gold Values in Prospecting

Significant gold values from grab samples were obtained in 2008 over a 20m-by-35m

area in the Discovery zone (see Map B). Values reached 12,109 g/t Au and 44.41 g/t Au.

The zone is open along strike to the north and south. Check samples collected in 2008 to

verify work completed by previous operators graded 9.36 g/t Au over 1m and 16.75 g/t Au

from the C zone and 12.13 g/t Au over 0.3m and 7.35 g/t Au over 1.2m from the D zone.

Excellent Potential to Host a Vein Gold Deposit

Based on the high gold values obtained in six zones over a 600m-by-150m area (open along strike to

the north and south), the presence of a second subparallel gold-in-soil anomaly and limited exploration

undertaken to date, there is excellent potential on the New Raven Project to discover a gold-quartz vein

deposit.

NEW RAVEN PROPERTY - MAP A NEW RAVEN PROPERTY - MAP B

Six gold zones have been discovered to date on the New Raven claims. The propertyhas received very limited exploration. Programs of mapping, geophysical surveys, trenching and diamond drilling have been proposed.

Aumax Claims: Possible Source of Nearby Placer Gold

The recently-acquired Aumax Claims cover approximately 1,087 hectares near Cayoosh Creek in BC’s Lillooet Mining Division,

approximately 16 kilometres southwest of Lillooet (see locator map above). Cayoosh Creek has a history of limited placer gold

production starting in the 1860's. Some of this production occurred immediately downstream of the property, near the mouth of

Downton Creek. Cresval is planning an evaluation of the property.
