Summer Meet and Greet
Crusader Chronicles Christian School Sunday

Come Worship With Us at BCA
Each year the students and staff of Bethesda Christian
Academy come together and create an amazing interactive wor-
ship service to thank Bethesda Baptist Church for hosting a
Christian school. This service is scheduled for Sunday, May 7th
at 10:45 am. This worship experience gives us an opportunity
to share the gifts and talents God has blessed us with and al-
lows us to remind our BCA families that at BCA, we have the
joy of worshipping and serving Jesus while at school. This year
our 8th grade students will be presenting a short skit entitled,
“Baggage”. Our praise team will be leading us in worship. The
middle school band students will share the gift of music and the
elementary students will be singing a very special song with
Mr. Manning. One of our BCA students will be baptized on this
date as we seek to encourage students to share their story!
We ask you to mark your calendar for Sunday, May 7 at
10:45 am. This is the one service, each year, we ask you to at-
tend. It is important that we pack out the auditorium to show
Bethesda Baptist Church how much we love Jesus and our
school. Student greeters will welcome you as you come into the
sanctuary and will thank you for your dedication to Kingdom
Education. We are sure this will be a service you and your chil-
dren will not want to miss.
through music, presen-
tations and videos. We
will honor each gradu-
ate with a completion
certificate. Special aca-
demic awards are pre-
sented as well.
Tuesday, May 23rd,is a
special evening for our
BCA eighth grade as
they celebrate the com-
pletion of middle
school. This culminat-
ing event will be held at
Croasdaile Retirement
Community. The even-
ing allows the gradu-
ates and families to re-
member the special mo-

be honoring students in grades K-8
during our annual All School Awards
Chapel. This exciting program will
begin at 8:10 am. Students from each
class will be recognized through a va-
riety of events, including citizenship,
perfect attendance, servanthood
awards, academic awards and physi-
cal fitness awards.
Chalk Day is Tuesday, May 9th. Students do not wear Chapel dress, as they will be on their knees drawing on the side walk. Students may bring a towel to help cushion their knees if they want. This event will take place between 1:30 and 2:30 p.m. We
would love to have par-ents join us. It is al-ways a fun time to see the student body work-ing together to create their masterpieces. This year’s Chalk theme is “Under the Sea” and “Beach Life”. The artist we have been learning about is "Robert Wyland.
In an attempt to help our middle school students finish the year
strong, the staff of BCA has created the following final exam schedule. This
schedule will allow the students an opportunity to review and recall the
most important aspects from their four core classes. The students will be
asked to complete 2 exams on a given day, with review days scheduled prior
to exams.
