Day 1PHUKET TO PHANG NGA BAYFrom popular land and sea destination Phuket, you’ll be sailing northeast to PHANG NGA BAY, famous for its dreamlike, spectacular landscape with dotted limestone cliffs (karsts), rocks and numerous small, secluded beaches.

Anchor at KOH HONG, which is great for a refreshing swim and to leisurely kayak around. This area has many ‘hongs’ (the Thai word for rooms), and some are accessible by kayak. Narrow tunnels open up into breathtaking open-airspaces with their unique eco system and species of flora & fauna, only found here in the ‘hongs’.

After delicious sunset cocktails, enjoy a peaceful evening on board, at a beautiful anchorage. Tasty BBQ seafood, freshly caught fish and home-made Thai curries are on the menu for your al-fresco dinner on the aft deck.

Day 2KRABI TO RALEIGH BEACHIn the morning, cruise south towards Krabi, passing more limestone cliffs, craggy rocks and islands. There is plenty of opportunity for more swimming, water sports and kayaking along the way towards the next anchorage.

RALEIGH BEAcH is a well-known spot for rock climbing; rocks rise vertically from the sea. Novices can sign up for an introduction to the sport and, under guidance of an instructor, scale beginners’ rock-climbing walls, safely and securely.

Day 3TIGER CAVE TO AO NANG Visit the TIGER cAVE and TEMPLE, a 30 minute minibus ride inland. Join locals paying their respects to the monk community there and ask for a monk’s blessing.

For the energetic, there is a steep climb up to a grand viewpoint with a huge Buddha statue. Alternatively, a more leisurely route can be taken, leading through the shady forest, home to mischievous monkeys. Don’t forget to watch your snacks!

Just around the corner from RALEIGH BEAcH is the little town of AO NANG (Nang Beach), good for a little shopping. Relax the rest of the day in the water or on board.

Day 5KOH BON TO PHI PHI LAY An early morning start brings you to PHI PHI LAY (Little Phi Phi Island) to have an early breakfast at anchor. It is a spectacular island: dramatic limestone cliffs, white sands and clear turquoise waters.

The movie ‘The Beach’, featuring Leonardo di caprio, was filmed here at MAYA BAY. The best time to visit the island is before 10am or after 3pm. In between explore the under water realm, diving or snorkeling.

NB: Maya Bay may be closed temporarily for visitors

Day 6KOH MUK TO KOH ROK NOK Before sunrise, very early in the morning, visit THE EMERALD cAVE, an old pirate hangout and lovely, hidden gem on KOH MUK (Muk Island). Enter in the dark from the sea through the cave and arrive at a stunning, secluded beach.

After breakfast, continue on to KOH ROK NOK, part of the Marine National Park, a protected wildlife habitat, literally in ‘the middle of nowhere’.

Beautiful coral gardens and brightly coloured fish are visible right underneath your yacht! Snorkel for hours in the warm waters and dive to explore more of the underwater scenery.

Day 7 to 9BUTANG GROUP AND ADANGThis is a long sail, six hours or so, luxuriating on deck or sleeping in, downwind to the BUTANG GROUP of islands. Part of the Tarutao Marine National Park, these islands have the clearest water and beautiful coral gardens. KOH ADANG is your stop for the night - more fantastic snorkeling and a deserted tropical beach just for you!

In the late morning enjoy more dive, snorkel, beach and kayak time. Explore along the rocks and crevices or go treasure hunting on the beach. The small gypsy village on the south tip of KOH ADANG is worth a visit to get to meet some of the locals and buy fresh fish.

After lunch your yacht will head out to KOH LIPE, a short distance away.

Day 10KOH LIPE TO LANGKAWI (MALAYSIA) KOH LIPE is a small island, also part of the National Park and not much developed yet. There are lovely white sand beaches, clear waters, coral reefs with hard and soft corals and plentiful marine life such as turtles, rays and schools of smaller fish.

After a morning swim and snorkel it is time to continue on to LANGKAWI. After customs and immigration you can stay on board or, near Telaga Harbour Marina – a 5 min car ride - get a thrill at Langkawi’s cable car, an exciting ascend to the top of the highest mountain on the island. Duty-free shopping can be done in the main town of KUAH (30 min car ride).

DIVE SAFELYTake your time to acclimatize to warm tropical weather and drink lots of water. After a dehydrating, long flight, proper rehydration is important, especially when diving. Always dive within the limits of dive tables or personal dive computer. Follow the guidelines and do not dive 24 hours before flying at altitude.
