Q4’14 & 2014 EARNINGS RESULTS February 20, 2015
Crown Media reported operating results for the three months
and year ended December 31, 2014.
Double-digit total revenue growth. For 2014 Crown Media reported a total revenue of
$415.6 million, a 10% increase from $377.8 million for 2013. For the fourth quarter of 2014
Crown Media reported revenue of $134.2 million, a 13% increase from $118.4 million in the
fourth quarter of 2013.

Starting January 31st, Hallmark Channel celebrates
Valentine’s Day with Countdown to Valentine’s Day,
a two week celebration featuring nearly 300 hours of
fan-favorite romantic movies including five brand new
original movie premieres leading up to February 14th.
Countdown to Valentine’s Day features star talent
including Lacey Chabert, Stacey Dash, Dean Cain, Kellie
Martin, Shawn Roberts and Ed Asner.

Premiere, Cassie Nightingale is back as Middleton's
favorite enchantress, and this time she's joined by
her teenage daughter, Grace, who shares that same

doctor and his teenage son move in next to the
Grey House, they are immediately spellbound by
the mother-daughter duo next door, and all of
Middleton is in for new changes, big surprises, and,
of course, a little bit of magic.

Hallmark Movies & Mysteries premiered A Gift of
Miracles, starring Academy Award winner Rita
Moreno, Rachel Boston and Jesse Moss, on February
15th.
A Gift of Miracles tells the story of Darcy, a scientific
grad student, who comes across a list of belongings
that the late mother she never knew planned to give
to close friends and family. While fulfilling her mother’s
wishes, she encounters miraculous events that help
guide her in her career and understanding life.

The Critically-acclaimed drama, The Good Wife,
joins Hallmark Movies Mysteries with an all day
marathon of season five episodes on February 21st.

debuted five new movies in January 2015.
Surprised by Love premiered on January 3rd to a 2.3
household rating, becoming Hallmark Channel’s
highest rated January premiere in six years.
A Novel Romance premiered on January 10th to a 2.1
household rating.
Bridal Wave premiered on January 17th to a 2.1
household rating.
Love by the Book premiered on January 24th to a 2.0
household rating.
Hallmark Hall of Fame’s Away & Back premiered
January 25th to a 2.0 household rating.

Kitten Bowl II attracts 3.9 million unduplicated
viewers
Hallmark Channel’s 2nd Annual Kitten Bowl event
premiered on Sunday, February 1st to 3.9 million
unduplicated viewers, reaching 285,000 Women 25-54,
up 38% from last year’s telecast.
Kitten Bowl II trended #1 on Twitter for hours
during its Sunday premiere, garnering 50,000 tweets
reaching 36 million people, making it Hallmark
Channel’s biggest Tweet Day in network history.
On Facebook, Kitten Bowl II ranked among the Top
10 topics reaching 1.7 million unique users, more than
double the activity last year.
