Welcome to Crown eDirect where creating a personalized, direct mail campaign is easy.
To begin personalizing your direct mail campaign, you will log in using the username and password given to you by Prograde when you sign up.
After logging in, click Direct Mail categories to view the subcategories that contain the direct mail pieces.
Next, you’ll select the category that contains the lift truck you want to use for your direct mail campaign. In this example, we’ll use the PTH.
Next, choose the mail piece you want to personalize by clicking on the image, the name, or Choose template.
An on-screen preview appears along with pricing information. To begin personalizing your mail piece, click Create New.
Next, you will enter your company address and phone number as you’d like it to appear on your mail piece.
You can also select the position of your return address with respect to your logo.
In some mail pieces, such as the PTH postcard, you can enter your own price point.
Finally, you need to upload your mail list. Click Browse, locate your mail list, and click Open.
When you click Save, your mail list will be uploaded and an on-screen proof will appear.
To view full size proof, click View PDF. Next, enter the quantity you want to order and click Add to Order.
You will be taken to your shopping cart where you can see the product you ordered, the quantity and the price. You are now ready to check out.
