CrossFitVernoncelebratessixyearsinbusiness!
JeremyMeredithwas24yearsoldwhenhetookhislifelongdreamofopeningagym,andmadeitareality.JeremyopenedthefirstCrossFitVernonin2010,inahumble950squarefeet.Hethenexpandedto1750squarefeet.In2012,JeremyandDeannateamedup,andexpandedto3600squarefeet.Inthesummerofthisyear,JeremyandDeannaexpandedto6300squarefeet!TheevoluaonandprogressionofCrossFitVernonhashappenednotbychance,butbecauseofJeremy’sgenuineloveforCrossFit,andbecausehecares.Hecaresabouteverymembersingleofthegym,andtheirhealthandwellness.IthasalsobeensuccessfulbecauseoftheelitecoachingexperaseprovidedbyJeremy,whichheshareswiththeothercoachesandthemembers.Hisconanuingeducaaonandresearchissharedwitheverycoachandexpandstheknowledgeofeachofus.CrossFitVernonhasdonewellbecauseJeremyprioriazesintegrityandhonestyinhisbusiness.TheaddiaonofDeannatothebusiness,broughtcommunity,andenthusiasm.Deannaaddsaloveforbringingpeopletogether;throughorganizingeventsandcompeaaonsatCrossFitVernon,andsharingthemember’ssuccesseswiththerestoftheworldthroughsocialmedia.Deannaisproudtohaveaddedavarietyofclassamesandprograms,includingCrossFitLiteandCrossFitKids.Deannaalsomakessurethegymisorganizedandady,andhasateamofpeoplewhohelphermaintainthis.Deannaenjoysdoing‘behindthescenes’stuff,sothatthegymrunssmoothandsteady.ShebelievesinthemembersofCrossFitVernon,andsharesherpassionforCrossFitwitheachofthem.Withgrowth,cametheaddiaonofCoachMarcoandCoachTavia.Wearesoluckytohavesuchenthusiasaccoaches!Marcoispaaentwithmembers,guidingthemtoperfecttheirmovementsthroughhisknowledgeandcoachingcues.MarcosiswellroundedineachofthefacetsofCrossFit,andknowledgeandpassionforOlympicWeightlihinginparacular,hasbeensharedwithallofthemembersofCrossFitVernon.Taviaissostrong,fastandpowerfulyet…sweetandgentleinherguidanceofcoaching.Herkinesiologydegreeexpandsherknowledgeeachandeverydayandsheconanuestoinspireeachofus!Webelieveinhonesty,integrity.Webelievewehaveapremierfitnessfacility,becauseweworkhardandwewanttobethebestcoacheswecanpossiblybe.WewillalwaysstrivetomakeCrossFitVernonmember’shappyandhealthy.CongratulaaonsCrossFitVernon!
