you will get a global ranking2, and deviation figures of all
your teams by clicking “View Detail” in Sales group
columns (see )
7. If you would like to check your ranking in one specific
sector or RBU, you may reselect in the filter bar. We
provide both global ranking and sector rankings (IIoT /
EIoT / SIoT / Allied DMS).
1. Please note the team forecast number used is the number sent in the 2nd week of each month. This is
to encourage to send the forecast more accurately in the 2nd week of the current month.
2. The global ranking of sales managers who are the managers of multiple teams is calculated by using
all team’s forecast and all Siebel estimated forecast numbers to come out the deviation.

If nothing is selected, we will default set contact as
mentioned in left image.
**Please note Account Site, Account Status, ERP id# cannot be edited
on the contact level. If adjustment needed, please enter Account
section from Home Page to edit again.

Click Save to finish creating an oppty.

Way 2: Enter Contact by Email
If you’re not sure if the contact is already connected with 1 Account,
please follow below steps:
Edit Email column by directly entering Email
Please make sure the contact exists in Siebel and you are the
contact owner. If not, please create a new contact first.
NO need to maintain Account column. Account name will show,
if contact is connected with 1 account in Siebel.
However, if you find the contact haven’t been connected with one
Account, we strongly suggest to complete the Account & Contact
connection.

received from weekly Sales Performance Report to update your Oppty.
By following the same updating requirement in last slide, you can upload the list to web portal
and update your Oppty successfully.

Answer: Please create a new contact first, then can further create an Oppty in Contact
One Stop UI or Oppty section.
Q2: How to search for my closed Oppty?
Answer: Please click “Account” or “Contact” from home page to find a closed Oppty. In
“Oppty” section, only ongoing or overdue Oppty will be listed.
Q3: Can I update an Oppty owned by others?
Answer: No. Only your Oppty records will be listed once logging in by your Siebel ID.
