Hi Caitlin,I concurred with your EBP topic. Really, obesity has become ubiquitous, and the rate of affect patients continues to increase at an alarming rate. In order to curb the devastating effect of obesity, practicable guidelines need to be established and enforced. Moreover, children are more expose to obesity, and school can play a part in implementing guidelines for their students. According to Wechsler, McKenna, Lee, and Dietz (2004), the guidelines the schools can implement include strengthen the schools nutrition and physical activity policies, implementing a high-quality course of study in physical education, implementing a quality school meal program, etc. The application of the guidelines resulted in improvement on the health of the students and its reduces obesity. Thus, there is evidence to improve on guidelines for schools that reduces obesity. The topic is good for EBP.

Hi Mahvash,Pain management has been a major issue in nursing practice for many years. Undoubtedly, the topic is good for evidence based project in nursing practice. According to Schneider (2005), healthcare professional are saddled with the responsibility to pursue accurate, evidence-based knowledge that is related to pain management and the technology. Also, guidelines that will influence life positively and enhance quality of life, through the aid of technology, need to be established in nursing practice. Thus, the topic is worthy of expounding on in order to develop improved guideline on pain management.
