Preparing for the Interaction

� Preparing a PPT to explain the overall process and system in the city

regarding waste management, sanitation and awareness creation under

Swachh Bharat Mission.

� Provide documentary evidence for each evaluation point. The

documentary evidence shall be for three consecutive month and of three

different wards.

� Document (one or two page) the best practices of the city.

� Demonstration of the best practices through site visit.

� Copy of the evidence submitted in marathi shall have to be

accompanied with appropriate english translation.

� Data for the current year and the previous year is required.

� All accepted documentary evidence after the assessment have to be

color scanned and handed over to the agency.

� Hard copy of the accepted documentary evidence shall also be

submitted.
