CASE : Frustrated Homicide

COMPLAINANT : Nurzida Tantong, Filipino, 55 years old, married and a

resident of 383 Navarro Street, Baliwasan Zamboanga City

SUSPECT : REYMARK SALIM Y RADJULLI, 22 years old, single and a

resident of No. 30 Clipper Heights, Baliwasan, Zamboanga City

At 11:41 oclock in the evening of August 11, 2011, Nurzida Tantong, the

mother of the injured assisted by PO1 ROY ARCILLAS and PO2 YILDRIM

AMARGA, conducted to this office the person of REYMARK SALIM Y RADJULLI,

for alleged Frustrated Homicide. This report was officially registered and referred to

the undersigned for investigation.

Interview conducted to the complainant revealed that, around 10:30 oclock

in the evening of August 11, 2011, her son ALRASHID MISRA Y PALAHUDDIN

asked permission and left their house to go to the house of the accused REYMARK

SALIM Y RADJULLI to talk about a problem in their boundary in Paseo Del Mar.

After an hour, unregistered numbers called her up on the personality ofMARVIN

PUASANI and DANNY TARUCAN the friends of her son, informing her that her son

was stabbed by a bolo, by a certain REYMARK SALIM Y RADJULLI. Complainant

ALRASHID MISRA Y PALAHUDDIN revealed that, while talking with REYMARK

SALIM Y RADJULLI that night with regards to the problem in boundary in Paseo

Del Mar, the latter got so mad and asked him to leave. To avoid the trouble he

boarded his tricycle and prepared to leave but Radjulli armed with bolo running

towards him and without warning punched him thrice on his face and stabbed him

on his left breast with bolo with an intention of killing him but luckily Alrashid was

able to evade on the second attempt of Radjullis stabbed and run away from him.

With the aid of other two drivers MARVIN PUASANI and DANNY TARUCAN who

are on the vicinity immediately pacified Radjulli and took away the bolo from him.

Investigations conducted and disclose that, after the undersigned

investigator showed the complainant and witness several pictures of the accused

Frustrated Homicide. Moreover the injured complainant undertakes a medical

treatment for more than ten (10) days for the operations of ExploratoryThoracotomy and Evacuation of Retained blood clots: Ventriculorrhaphy

Decortication from the punched and stabbed he committed from the accused.
