Removing items

• Done yearly after the final semester course reserve is complete

• Create List of all 2010 items• Check shelves / usage

• High usage items left in the course reserve collection

• Create List of• Reserves Note HAS -11 ON• OR Reserves Note HAS -12-10 ON

• Sorted by Course ID and Call No• Export to Excel

• Lots of cleanup required
