SublimeNZ is a premium experiential marketing agency that specialises in creating memorable, authentic, ‘sublime’ moments between

customers and brands.

The business was started in 2006 by Kiwi entrepreneur Robert Bruce, who identified a need in the market for experiential marketing

that was not all about ‘promo girls’.

Robert gained his experience working for leading brand activation agencies around Australia and is an active member of the local

experiential marketing industry

Today the business employs more than 400 experienced brand ambassadors nationwide, and is based out of a vibrant office in Aucklands

CBD.

SublimeNZ has represented many of the leading brands in the country (and the world) and plans to become New Zealands leading experiential

marketing agency.

It is one of the fastest growing marketing channels, because of its ability to engage, excite, and delight consumers. experiential is about creating meaningful, credible moments between customers and brands: we call this the ‘Sublime Moment’, when a customer ‘gets it’.

the Brief: to engage with 18-50 year old male and female sporty ‘weekend warriors’. to create trial opportunities and increase desire to purchase in supermarkets.

objectives: to double sales, support retailers (grocery channel), and build authenticity for the brand amongst the target market.

Deliverables: Branded custom-made Landrover, custom uniforms, a facebook contest (search for the ultimate athletes) and sponsored events including triathlon nZ and Bike nZ. Further to this sublimenZ provided a promotional team sampling at over 100 events, nationwide.

the product: American express Air new Zealand platinum card

the Brief: to engage with high net worth target market (100k+ salary) and encourage them to apply for a card.

objectives: to interact with consumers in the Koru Lounge, give them information about the offer, and encourage them to sign up.

Deliverables: premium brand ambassadors supplied for 3 months in 3 cities, full product training, premium branded (embroidered) uniforms and all logistics.

results: sampled 500 bottles of moet & chandon

the product: Bombay sapphire the Brief: to support an in-store marketing campaign at Jr Duty Free (Auckland Wellington christchurch) and drive increased sales.

objectives: increase sales, convert customers from competitor products, use gWp (gift with purchase) to close sales.

results:• An estimated total of 10,040 samples were

given out in Auckland, Wellington and christchurch.

• Approximately 3079 bottles of Bombay sapphire were sold over the six-week period.

• total budget : nZD $ 24,560• cost per sample: nZD $ 2.40• cost per sale: nZD $7.97• Average sales per hour: 4 bottles
