Caring for your Balloons & The Environment…
Unfortunately balloons are risky as they are not bullet proof and can pop for noparticular reason. To help you ensure your balloon display lasts much longerplease follow these instructions to avoid any disappointment.
• Helium gas is very sensitive to extreme temperature changes therefore do notleave them in a hot car or out in the sunlight or next to the radiator, which cancause them to expand and burst. For best results keep your balloons indoors ina climate controlled location.
• In the cold air they will appear to deflate, warm air should expand them again.
• Float times of your balloons vary greatly based on factors such as latex quality,humidity temperature and altitude. Balloons typically float for half as long inhot, humid weather.
• Latex balloons deflate faster than foil or bubble balloons. Latex is a porousmaterial and it breathes. With helium being the second smallest atom, it findsits way through those pores and exits the balloon therefore causing the balloonto continuously shrink. We do treat all our latex balloons with a hi-float thisgiving the latex a extending float time.
• Latex balloons are biodegradable, it is normal that they oxidation & becomecloudy over time as they degrade. Latex balloons are affected by temperatures,bright lights and humidity this causing them to start to fade
• Be careful carrying balloons, they are sensitive to sharp objects and roughhandling, carry them at the base only
• Always supervise children under 8 years with balloons
• Do not inhale helium gas from the balloon
• Do not release helium filled foil balloons into the atmosphere as they are notbiodegradable.
• When finished with, cut balloon with a pair of scissors and dispose of theballoon in the recycling bin.
