If your budget spans, say, the £3000 – £15000 tiers, then please choose both, and leave a note for me at the end of the form. £30000—£60000 * N/A Here we are mostly talking about large corporate companies that have a country and global wide presence. As such, the pricing reflects the level of research and preparation needed for global roll- out. £15000—£30000+ * N/A In this budget range we are mostly talking about companies/businesses that have a country/nationwide reach. A premium will be applicable for any Urgent work started within a week and completed within two weeks. Logo & Brand Information Please answer all as completely and as descriptively as possible. Do You Need A Tag Line? * N/A What Are You, Your Business, All About? * Please describe what you are all about. This is where I need you to be descriptive and detailed as possible. This is when you need to sell what you do so I can understand, to the best of my abilities, what I am designing a logo and/or brand identity for. We absolutely need to know how your competitors brand and position themselves before we can create a visual identity for you. Please provide me with URL's of websites andnames of companies that you compete with, or have a similar agenda to. Indirect Competition (Optional) This is about being prepared. There may be companies that you don't compete with directly, but do choose, or have to, take notice of what they are up to. They may not be competing yet, but you might feel that one day soon they could be sitting on your doorstep. Number Of Staff * This gives me an idea of the scope of the project in terms of staff and client awareness for the identity. Premises Of Business * Are you home based, or work in offices? Website Stationery Vehicle Livery Exterior SIgnage Clothing—Screen Printing 5 of 9 items shown. Edit field to view all Logo Size * This relates to the above question. I need to know how the logo will work in the real world at the extreme of sizes. A logo that looks great on a letterhead may not be legible on the side of a pen. So for example please tell me if you need the logo to be legible printed on the side of a pen, and/or adorned on the side of a building. Your Shopping List (Optional) If you are looking for more than a logo design, then please list here all the brand identity elements you are looking for. For example, you may need: logo design, stationery designs, brochure designs and other print related requirements, exhibition or conference stands, signage, website design/development etc. Some aspects I am unable to help with, so this list will ensure I know exactly what you are looking for, and if I can't help with something in particular we can discuss options at this point. Optional Information If you have any particular ideas, or thoughts about the logo then please use this section to help communicate these with me. None of these fields are required. What Logo Designs Inspire You? In the absence of a client meeting, this helps me get into your 'mind'. See what wavelength you are on, and also if the wavelength you are on is indeed suitable. Please provide URL's of any logos you like. I also have my own Logo Design Gallery called Logo Stack: http://imjustcreative.com/logostack Colours Are you looking to avoid or implement certain colours? Please list colours that you feel would have a positive or negative impact. Specifics? Are there any images/symbols/icons you like, images you feel sum up who you are, what you do? You may have a crest, some personal symbol you would like to include. You may just have some random thoughts you would like to share about where the logo design 'could' travel.
