Studies examining the relationship between changes in health risks and changes in work productivity have shown that individuals who reduced one health risk improved their productivity by 9% and reduced absenteeism by 2%. Currently the average employee participating in the Creating Wellness Program has 1.17 health risks each. Each of the health risks graphed above had a direct impact on the productivity and absenteeism of Company Name employees. Conclusion: We have just completed the first assessment as part of the Company Name Creating Wellness annual program.
