Kuder Journey is a one-of-a-kind assessment to help you plan for the right career. Based on your specific career interests, work values and transferable skills, Journey will identify career options for you to explore further.

Begin by meeting with a Career Counselor during a morning or afternoon Career Express session (or an appointment). Once it is determined that the Kuder Journey is right for you, The Kuder Journey assessment can be accessed at no charge within the “Career Center Events” tab in your SeaWork account. Remember to schedule an appointment with a Career Counselor to process your results from this assessment.

Directions for Accessing the Kuder Journey: 1. Login to SeaWork at www.myseawork.com2. Click on “Career Center Events” on top menu and search for Kuder Journey3. Select “Register for Event” and complete registration form4. You will be emailed a receipt and instructions on how to access the Kuder Journey5. The code that appears on your receipt is your unique access code and can be used only once6. Take the assessment and call the Career Center at 910-962-3174 to schedule an appointment for your Kuder Journey interpretation
