Concept

You can create collection plans by copying from another plan in two ways:

• Copying a collection plan, including child plans, and creating a new plan, using the Copy

Collection Plans page.

• Copying the components from one plan to a new plan using the Collection Plans page.

To determine which method to use, decide whether you want to copy associated child plans alongwith the parent plan you have chosen to copy.

Creating collections plans by copying pre-seeded collection plans templates provided by Oracle

Quality, enables you to copy all the collection elements as well as the associated child plans.

In this topic, you will create a collection plan from a seeded collection plan template.

1. Begin by navigating to the Copy Collections Plan page.

Click the vertical scrollbar.

copy the structure, give unique names to the plans and specify the destination
