OExcel worksheet allows data to be easily summarized and charted.

OIn comparison with the car, before you can fully operate Excel you have to know the parts in Excel.

OA spreadsheet software that allows users to organize data in rows and columns and perform calculations.

OA grid of rows and columns that holds numbers , words and formulas.

Creating a Worksheet and Embedded Chart

The first step in creating an effective worksheet is to Understand What is Required.

Required Needs Document

Oincludes a needs statement, a source of data, a summary of calculations, and any other special requirements for the worksheet.

OYou format the worksheet to emphasize certain entries and make the worksheet easier to read and understand.

OThe capability of changing several characteristics in of a cell at one time.
