7 Easy Steps to a Google Form

Step 1: Go To Forms Login to your Google Drive by visiting http://drive.google.com Select “More” => “Google Forms”

Step 2: Add Title and Description Click on “Untitled form” and “Form description” to make edits. Add the email address of the collector.

Step 3: Add Content

Add Question Import Question Add Title and Description Add image Add video Add Section

Step 4: Add Questions

1. Multiple Choice is the default question type. Click on the arrow to change the Question Type.

2. Click on “Untitled

Question” to enter your question text.

3. Click on “Option 1” to

begin adding your Answer Choices. Use “Add Option of ADD OTHER” to continue adding Answer Choices.

4. Copy, delete/trash, or require the question.

4. Settings: Change General,

Presentation, Quizzes

5. Send: Share your Form

More about “Settings” General: Collect email address, require a sign in, or allow respondents to edit or see summary charts. Presentation: Show progress, shuffle question order, or show link to submit another response – or even add a confirmation message after participant submission.
