Creating a Chalk and Wire Portfolio: A Student’s Guide

Go to MyHeritage and click on “Chalk & Wire” from the left-hand menu bar. (You may need to scroll down.)

Log in with your User ID and password. If this is your first time logging in, click “New Users Register Here” and follow the prompts. You’ll need the access code issued in Univ 101 or by your program. After you register, check the box that you agree with Chalk and Wire policies.

Click the menu icon above the word “Menu.”

Select “Work.”

Select “My Coursework.”

Select “New Portfolio.”

1. Enter a Name for your portfolio.

2. Next, click on the drop-down menu and choose Department, “General University Course Requirements.” If Department drop-down does not show, click link “Can’t find your table of contents?”

3. Click drop-down for the Table of Contents. For Univ 101, that would be “General University Course Requirements (2018-2019).”

Click “Create.”
