There are 3 steps to get a duplicate license online

Create an online account

Link the License to your account

Process a duplicate license

If you already have an

account but do not have

your license linked go to

page 7

If you have an account

and the license is linked

go to page 10

Create an Online Account

Go to: http://www.myfloridalicense.com/dbpr/index.htm

On this page

click on ‘MY

ACCOUNT”

Create an Online Account

Click ‘Create My Account’ There is a Help link

Create an Online Account

Enter information You will get an email with a

temporary password

Create an Online Account

Enter Temporary Password and New Password

You have an account!

Link a License

Click ‘Link an Existing License to My Account’

Select ‘Hotels and Restaurants’ Click ‘Next’

Link a License

Select the License Type you want to link

*Enter the 7 Digit License Number

Click ‘Next’

*Note: Do not enter prefix such as DWE or SEA or NAP that is on your license – just the 7 numbers

Link a License

Enter the last 4 digits of your FEIN*

And you license is linked

*Note: If you did not have an FEIN this will be the last 4 digits of your SSN. If you do not have either, it

will be the last 4 numbers or your Pin#. Call our Call Center at 850.487.1395 for more information

Click on your Linked License Click on ‘Request Duplicate Copy

of My Current License’

Click ‘Next’ Click ‘Next’ Again

Request a Duplicate Copy of your License

You can change your Main and Mailing Address here

Tips – When done just click ‘Next’

‘License Mailing’ is where your

Duplicate Copy will go to.

To change the ‘License Mailing

just click on the purple link – if

there is no ‘License Mailing’

the License Location would be

the default mailing address.

To add a mailing address just

click ‘Add’

Request a Duplicate Copy of your License

Click ‘Submit’ Click the Radio Button ‘Yes’ and

then ‘Submit’

A copy of your license will be mailed to you within two weeks
