Once you've created your free account, you'll be directed to the dashboard where you can build
your app in 5 easy steps.

Once you've built, submitted and purchased your app, you can expect to see it in the App Store
and Google Play in 10-12 business days.
As you build your app, you'll see a live preview directly on your browser. You may also
download Attendify Studio, where you'll be able to preview your app in real-time on your
iOS or Android mobile device.
When your app is submitted you’ll gain access to a full suite of management and analytics tools
to create an unforgettable experience for your attendees.

1. Can I preview the app before purchasing?
Yes! Attendify shows a preview of your app right in the browser as you build it, so you always know exactly what you're going to get. You can also download Attendify Studio
for iOS or Android to test the app on your phone, including all the social features.
6. How do I access app management features?
App management features are activated as soon as you submit your app for publication. You’ll be able to update content, send push notifications, set up quick polls, moderate social content, see analytics reports and much more!
3. How long does App Store approval take?
Approval times for the Apple App Store™ can vary, but it typically takes 10-12 business days. Approval times for Google Play™ are typically 2-3 business days. You will receive automated emails from Attendify when your app is published in both the App Store and Google Play.
5. How do I promote my app?
There are dozens of effective and innovative ways to promote your new event app to attendees. Once your app is published, we create promotional materials for you to share with your attendees. We’ll also share some tips and best practices for boosting engagement with your app.
2. How long does it take to build an app?
Building an app typically takes less than an hour using our simple step-by-step approach. We also offer bulk import tools from XLS or CSV files that make it easy to import even the biggest data sets in a matter of seconds.
4. Can I edit content after my app is published?
You will have unlimited, instant content updates even after your app is published. Make sure to finalize your App Store
information, because this is the only content that cannot be changed immediately. Updates to these sections require re-submission to App Stores. A $199 USD fee applies and updates to the published app will reflect in approximately 2-3 weeks.

Attendify DashboardUpon creating your free Attendify account you’ll be directed to your dashboard. Your dashboard
is the starting point for everything you do, so click the "New App" button to start building.
1 Once you log in, click the "+ New App" button to get started.

Your dashboard includes an approximate publish date if you were to submit right then and there. This date
will change in real-time, so use it as a reference to ensure you submit your app in time for it to be published
by your desired date.

3 Choose your desired features. Remember, they can always be configured, allowing you to customize both the
feature name and icon.
2 Brand your app by selecting your desired color and header type. A banner image is the most popular option.
1 Ensure your app name is unique, clear and concise, as this is how your app will be found in the App Store or
Google Play.
4 As you build your app, you'll see a live preview on the right side of your dashboard. Remember, if you'd like to
see the live preview on your mobile device, download Attendify Studio.

Step 1: Features
Building your app is a step-by-step process. Start by entering your app's basic information. Then, you add
your desired features.

1 The Content tab is where you begin to add information specific to each selected feature.
Once you've chosen your desired features, go to the content tab so you can begin adding information to each
section. You may do this manually or use our bulk import tools to save time.
2 Continue to visit each of your selected features and add desired content.
3 You may also import your content in bulk to save time. Remember, each feature has its own corresponding
template.
You can always go back and edit these sections and changes will reflect instantly, whether your
app is published or not.

Step 3: SettingsAfter you've added content to each feature, you're ready to move on to the Settings tab. If you need to restrict
access to your app, this is where you can enable this. Also, it's crucial that this section is correct, as this
information is for the App Store/Google Play and cannot be updated instantly once your app is submitted.

1 Finalize your app name, upload an icon, and add an icon label.
2 Fill in your app description. This is your opportunity to emphasize key app features as well as event
highlights.
3 Splash screens are the images that appear on your screen while the app is loading. These are optional, but
an excellent opportunity to feature your logo or event sponsors. If you need help creating images for your app
email us at [email protected].
4 Enable this option if you need to restrict access to your app. If you decide to make your app private, you'll need
to grant access to your attendees by uploading an attendee list once your app is submitted. Access
management settings can be managed at any time.

Step 4: Review
The review process is extremely important. This is where you will ensure you've completed all required fields
correctly before submitting your app to the App Store and Google Play.

1 If you have empty features, ensure you either fill in the content or delete the feature altogether. Don't worry,
you can add additional features after you submit.
2 Lastly, ensure your icon and app store info are correct. You won't be able to submit your app unless this
portion is completed. Since these sections are related to the App Store and Google Play, they can't be
changed or modified instantly. Modifications to this section require a $199 USD to update if they are initiated
after your app has been submitted. Additonally, these updates take approximately 2-3 weeks to reflect in the
published app.
