A full length frame liner is provided on the 6 X 6 and 8 X 8 configurations. • Innovative coil spring over live rigid axle suspension system for superior ride and handling, proven by years of testing and military use to provide unparalleled reliability. • Axle weight ratings of 13,154 kgs (29,000 lbs) and 10,433 kgs (23,000 lbs) each far exceeding fully laden vehicle requirements. • Standard outboard disk brakes for industry leading braking performance. • Rear steer option available. • Anti-lock braking system. • Full range of Caterpillar engines ranging from 382 kW to 699 kW with worldwide service and support through the extensive Caterpillar network. • Twin Disc or Allison 6 speed transmission system with integrated power divider and transfer case specifically tuned for the application. • Choice of Michelin 24R21 XZL or 16R20 XZL tires depending on customer requirements. • Options include 12 or 24 volt electrical systems, lubrication systems, central tire inflation, independent suspension.
