My industry experience includes a Co-Op with Welty Building Company LLC. During my four years of experience, I’ve been exposed to a variety of construction processes. I would estimate 80% of my time was spent in the field and 20% in the office. While working in the office I learned the file system structure, the contract, submittal and change process, and assisted the project manager. My 3 years of on-site experience include writing RFI’s, processing submittals, scheduling work, coordinating subcontractors, and following/verifying contract requirements. Through my education and Co-op experience, I have gained confidence that I can be a valuable contributor to your construction team.
