Responsibilities: Analyse customer service metrics to identify opportunities and take action to improve store

performance. Ensure a consistent and organised flow of stock to the trading floor. Ensure all back of house (transit room, office areas, fixtures room, layby, lunchroom &

relevant responsibilities outlined within the Safety and Health Management Systems. Accountable for the completion of the quarterly safety packs and monthly loss prevention

packs to ensure these are to company standard. Review, check and adjust store rosters to ensure labour is allocated to optimise productivity,

control costs and meet customer demand. Manage team members in their daily work, ensuring they meet deadlines and deliverables. Coach and develop team members with regular performance conversations, clear
