Type of commercial product ________________________________ _______________________________________________________ $10 RSVP FEE /You will receive 1 GRD concert ticket for Saturday night show when you check in before set up. This will be a 1(one) day show Saturday July 26, 2014 rain or shine. Location: Riverside Park along the banks of the “Mighty Mississippi.” The event is free to the public with entry at Cedar St. & Mississippi Dr. Set up on grass and NO stakes are permitted to be placed in the ground. You must use sandbags or other type of weight to tie down your tents. (In case of high water, an alternative location will be determined) The set up time is 7:00 am to 9:00 am. The show hours will be 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. All vehicles must be off of the access street by 8:30 am and are not allowed back until after 4:00pm. Exhibitors will be given 1 parking pass to enter the riverfront area and park on the north end boat ramp area.

Other Show Rules

1. Cancellation policy: This is an outdoor show and will go on rain or shine. 2. It is your responsibility to provide your own tables, chairs, tent etc. 3. Confirmation will be sent by email. (regular mail if email is not available) 4. Items to be sold must be pre approved by the show management. Exhibitor must have

valid retail sales tax permit & provide copy with application. If no sales tax permit, a social security # may be provided.

5. The sale of firearms, obscene materials or illegal items is strictly prohibited. 6. Exhibitors must be set up by 9:00 am and vehicles removed from area by 8:30 am. 7. Exhibitors will not begin tear down before show closes, 4:00 pm. 8. Exhibitors will be confined to their designated space. 9. No Sale or Discount signs allowed. Only one price tag allowed. 11. Great River Days, Inc. \ City of Muscatine is not responsible for any injury, damage, loss, theft or vandalism to exhibitor, its property and employees, caused by any act, event or occurrence or act of God or other exhibitor, and Great River Days, Inc. and City of Muscatine shall not be responsible for the safety and security of your property either during of after the show hours, nor shall Great River Days, Inc. \ City of Muscatine be liable to the exhibitor or their employees for the loss of injury from any such cause. Exhibitor hereby assumes full responsibility therefore and shall hold Great River Days, Inc. and the City of Muscatine harmless from any and all loss or damage arising on account of this agreement. I accept all rules and regulations attached 1-11 including assumption of liability (number 11 above).
