Crackle-Finish Paper Mache Letter

directionsPaint a base coat of Eco Green Crafts’ Acrylic Paint (your choice of color) over the letter. Allow to dry completely.

Paint a fairly thick coat of glue over the entire surface. Allow to dry until just tacky (NOT completely dry!).

Apply another coat of paint over the glue, using a different color.

Apply heat to the painted surface with your heat tool. As the paint and glue dry, you’ll see the crackles form. Finish crackling the entire surface.

Adhere collage images of your choice.

Embellish with ribbon as desired.
