The reason I wrote this document

MANY JSS Members are sending out incomplete or incorrect information. This could easily confuse and

discourage another JSS-matrix owner. Without the proper training, the untrained matrix owner can only do what

they are told. If they are given incorrect information, they won’t be able to work with you and of course

frustration kicks in (on both sides) and this could cause the matrix cycling process to stagnate. Future requests

could very well be ignored.

As a team we have to start sending out information that really helps our positions cycle faster and that is what

this document is attempting to do!


JSS Terms: I will not attempt to cover every JSS term but will highlight the terms related to this document.

Placement: A “Head-of-the-line” pass or ticket that you purchase from JSS so that a newly generated matrix

(from Tripler positions expiring) can fill your empty matrix “Spot”. Buying a placement (or pass) is not the

same as the “Spot” being owned (filled). Look at buying a placement like buying a “bus pass”! You need to

purchase it ahead of time if you want to ride the bus but you can’t actually use it until the bus arrives. It’s the

same with the “Placement”. It’s a pass that has to be purchased up front and can’t be used until the matrix

arrives (delivered from JSS). That is when a Placement gets “USED”. When the sub-Matrix is PLACED in that

“Spot”, it is now OWNED and displays a name and email address. This feature is explained in detail later.

Spot: It’s a way to identify a specific location within your 2x2 matrix - see graphic below.

JSS Matrix: This is an income generating program for JSS. With each Matrix that is created thru the purchase

of a JSS Matrix for $20, or by it being created from 4 Tripler positions expiring, a newly formed matrix is

created and assigned to a JSS member (that’s YOU). You are awarded $60 if and when your matrix cycles

(matures). Your matrix will mature or cycle when the 6 SPOTS (or positions) within the matrix are filled. The

filling of these spots can occur several different ways and are discussed in detail in the following pages.

System Number: This is another term for matrix and is also used within your specific matrix to identify other

matrices that are owned by others or will be owned when the position (Spot) is filled.

2 x 2 matrix: This refers to a specific STYLE of matrix that is created within JSS. It’s pronounced “2 by 2”

because it is 2 spots WIDE and 2 levels deep. This creates 6 SPOTS that need to be filled in order for the matrix

to cycle. See the graphical example below.

"Fill-Now" feature: This is a method for you to QUICKLY fill a Spot, create another MATRIX that YOU own, and

is created immediately. This newly created matrix can also earn you $60 as well. The cost is $30 to “Fill-Now”.

This makes it prohibitively expensive. Here’s the scenario – you have one placement to fill, and your down-

line should fill it, but isn’t. You can spend $10 and buy the placement for them, or spend $30 for the “Fill Now”

option. $10 versus $30. You do the math. At the creation of this document, this feature has been disabled.

Cycle: This is another word for mature or complete. This means your Matrix has been filled completely. Now

you, and your sub-matrix owners, have done what they were supposed to do, and you have earned $60 for

following through with the process.

JSS Matrix Visual Orientation:

JSS uses the term “System Number” to refer to another matrix listed elsewhere. It could be yours, someone

else’s, or not owned at all. This document will use the term “Matrix” or “Matrix number” whether it is inside

a matrix or representing the matrix itself. Matrix Number and System Number can be used interchangeably,

depending on who you talk to; another JSS member, Support or others.

When viewing your own matrix:

The first thing you will see is the matrix number.

The next line indicates your Up-lines’ information (this is important information. Remember where it is!)

and then YOUR information (as the owner of THIS matrix).

We will call the current matrix you are looking at your PRIMARY matrix for the rest of the discussion in this training.


You will see SIX SPOTS in the Primary matrix.

These SPOTS are labeled Spot 1 through 6

Two Spots are located in level #1 (And four Spots in level #2: Spots 3, 4, 5, & 6)



First things first:

Determine if the level #1 (spots #1 and #2) are owned or un-owned.

It is owned if there is a name and an email address listed.

If anything else is listed, it is un-owned. In the example above Spot 1- Level 1 is OWNED but Spot 2 Level 1 is

Un-Owned

In order for your PRIMARY matrix to cycle (and earn you $60), the first thing you have to do is …

ALWAYS LOOK to SEE WHO OWNS LEVEL 1 YOU MUST Ensure that BOTH Spots #1 and #2 are OWNED!

These Spots will fill (or become owned) in one of two ways:

1. Automatically, from your Tripler positions (also from your direct referrals) that have been

converted to JSS positions upon their expiration.

2. Manually:

a. After thirty days, if you do nothing, a “Placement” will be purchased for you in the form of

a $5.00 loan from JSS. The loan will be paid back to JSS ONLY upon this matrix cycling.

b. You purchase a “Placement” yourself (saving you the 30-day plus wait time). In addition,

it is highly recommended that you take advantage of the option to get “head-of-line-

privileges” by buying a premium upgrade, for an additional $5.00.

Please note: Buying a placement via JSS or thru your efforts only gets the request out to JSS that you

want to fill that spot. (Remember the BUS ticket analogy?) That SPOT is not owned yet. (Remember,

our goal is to get Level #1, Spot #1 and #2 owned with a name and email! Until that occurs, level #2

cannot be completed, and your matrix cannot cycle.) In order for it to be owned, the placement has

to be filled by JSS.

When level #1 is owned (Spots #1 and #2), all of level #2 can now be filled.

It is the responsibility of the owner(s) of your level #1 To complete your level #2.

When you look a matrix listed within your primary matrix (I’ll call it a sub-matrix from now on) - you will see a connection between YOUR level 2 Spots and their level 1 Spots).

Nadejda is the PRIMARY Matrix OWNER Nadejda is ALSO listed In her OWN level 1,

So that means she is partially responsible for filling her own level 2 – Spots 3 & 4 (in this example they are already owned – so she doesn’t have to do anything further)

BUT, I am listed in her SPOT 2 LEVEL 1- This makes me responsible for filling HER other half of level 2 of her Primary matrix 20042 (Spots 5 & 6)

But let’s see how it looks in MY Primary matrix 42232




My Primary Matrix

This Matrix 42232 (above) is a “Down-line” snapshot of MY primary matrix looking UP towards Nadejda’s! Make sure you notice that the matrix number is the EXACT same number in Nadejda’s matrix (it’s just listed in her level 1) The major difference between these two snap-shots is the owner of this matrix (Matrix 42232) is 1 LEVEL lower down the organizational tree – see graphic display on page 8 and it should make more sense).

KEEP IN MIND: For Each Spot in the matrix, You will see an associated “System number”.

These numbers are assigned to the SPOT - whether they are OWNED or NOT

In my primary matrix above, I am again listed in LEVEL 1 (which should tell you I have yet another sub-matrix) on Level 1 Spot 1. BUT, that issue aside, the point here is I want you to look closely at the associated Matrix number (system number) or 1176537.

This IS the EXACT same number that is listed in Nadejda’s primary matrix LOCATED in SPOT #5: 1176537

What this means is that regardless of the NAME that is listed…

The Matrix or “System Number” will also appear in the sub-matrix. You’ll see it in YOUR primary matrix at Level 2 and it will

show up in the sub-matrix at level #1 (see Graphic example on next page)

Note: in reference to Spot #2 (previous page): The SPOT is NOT OWNED! It’s listed as “Buy Placement”. This Placement NEEDS to be purchased by the owner of THIS primary matrix (that’s me) so therefore I am responsible for ensuring level 1 is owned by someone.

In this example, It is partially completed but more work needs to be done. I will explain the details of “Buy Placement” in the next section. The point I am trying to make here is critical, so I want you to take one last look at the graphical association between the two matrices. From Nadejda’s perspective (matrix 20042) and from Jerry’s perspective (42232)

Graphically – this is how it looks in an organizational tree (above): Notice Nadejda’s Level 2 is also Jerry’s

Level 1 and as soon as Jerry fills the spots in his level 1 (organically or thru the purchase of a placement)

they will fill Nadejda’s level 2 and HER primary matrix will cycle, since all of her other placements have

been filled.

If you notice some repetition in the training – it’s done on purpose to

emphasize the need to understand these aspects.

STEPS TO GET YOUR MATRICES FILLED:

In creating your “plan of attack” to get your matrix to cycle, the first thing you should do is:

Identify Level 1 Ownership – Look at level one, spots #1 and #2. If they are NOT owned you need

to take action. There are several options you will see & each one requires you to perform a different

action.

Here are the things you will see in your matrix: NOTE: THIS APPLIES TO LEVEL #1 ONLY

1. The “Buy Placement” option. This means is it not owned and will take a long time to fill unless

you take action to buy this placement.

2. Your name and email address. This means that you own an additional matrix below the

current matrix you are looking at. If it is owned by you, it was either purchased as a separate

matrix in JSS, or it was created as a result of four of your expired JSS Tripler positions.

3. “Placement Purchased By…“. This means YOU purchased the placement or your up-line

purchased the placement for you. The associated system or matrix number is NOT owned at

this time.

4. Someone else’s name and email address. This could be placed here from a purchased

placement OR a natural placement from Tripler positions expiring or from a Restart.

Create a plan of attack:

This is where you decide how you will deal with each one of these options. I won’t make you

guess as to what to do here. I will show you how I do it.

1. The “Buy Placement” option. This means is it not owned and will take a long time to fill unless

you take action to buy this placement.

Since this applies to level 1 only – I am the only one personally responsible to purchase this

placement, unless I choose to wait for it to fill organically or naturally. If I choose to wait, it could

literally take months to fill that placement. If I buy the placement, (cost is $5.00) it is like I am buying

“head of line” privileges when I purchase an upgrade. There are three levels:

1. Standard: Which is assigned as soon as I buy the placement

2. Expedited: Puts me in front of the “Standard” list of placements that are waiting to fill (This is

an additional cost of $2.50)

3. Premium: Puts me in front of the “Expedited” list of placements. This is the highest level status

you can purchase which gives you the best chances to fill your placement as quickly as

possible (typically in less than 2 weeks).

Since there are tens of thousands of Tripler positions cycling on a regular basis, and many people

buying expedited and premium upgrades, you should seriously consider buying the “Premium”

upgrade for each placement you are responsible for in the matrix.




2. Your name and email address. This means that you own an additional matrix below the

current matrix you are looking at. If it is owned by you, it was either purchased as a separate

matrix in JSS, or it was created as a result of four of your expired JSS Tripler positions.

Since you own an additional matrix (we will call it a sub-matrix), you have different responsibilities in completing

your primary matrix. You will need to go to the sub-matrix number listed in level #1 of the primary matrix and

purchase the placements associated to THAT level #1 (also remember to purchase the Premium upgrades).

Purchasing the placements in the sub-matrix will fill the primary matrix level #2 spots. When those Level #2

placements are filled, the primary matrix will cycle!

3. “Placement Purchased By…“. This means YOU purchased the placement or your up-line

purchased the placement for you. The associated system or matrix number is NOT owned at

this time

When level #1, Spot #1 or #2, is in this status, it indicates this placement is in a temporary “hold” status until JSS

releases a JSS matrix into your primary matrix. Now you should review the upgrade status to ensure you receive

the fastest placement possible. It is highly recommended that you always purchase a Premium upgrade for the

associated placement to receive the head of line privileges discussed earlier. Remember! This spot is NOT

OWNED until a name and an email address is placed in this spot by JSS.

4. Someone else’s name and email address. This could be placed here from a purchased

placement OR a natural placement from Tripler positions expiring or a Restart (from you or

your referrals). This is the best possible scenario, because now Level #1 is filled AND owned (whether it is by you or someone

else) Level #2 can now be filled. You are one step closer to this matrix cycling. You have different responsibilities

for this option. Now you need to reach out to the actual owners of these spots and teach them or remind them

how to expedite the filling their own matrix [THEIR level #1 placements]. When they do this, it fills YOUR level

#2 spots!

Uninformed JSS members are emailing other members incorrect training on how to cycle your matrix. They

were taught improperly, and are possibly passing this misinformation to other members and possibly YOU!

Be careful of the strategy you choose to fill your matrices. Some can end up costing you more $$. You should always create a plan – implement those strategies and always TRACK your progress. Remember to document everything. Your contacts, placement purchases

upgrades, emails sent and how often!

The more matrices you have the more important this is.

The important thing you need to know is that when you reach out to a LEVEL #1 owner of a spot, you need to

present them with the associated matrix/system number for that spot. This is the only way they will locate the

placement in your level #2 that needs to be filled.

In summary what this means is, you should send an email to your down-line with a request to buy the placement

but make sure it includes the PROPER information. You can use the example below but be sure to change the

numbers so that they relate to matrix level one and level 2 for the placement you would like them to purchase!




The problem could arise If you only send the associated system number (next to the “Buy Placement” spot)

(1176538) the sub-matrix owner (that’s me) would never be able to find the placement and never be able to

help YOU CYCLE. BECAUSE THAT MATRIX/SYSTEM NUMBER IS NOT OWNED YET. SO THEY CANT SEARCH FOR IT

Please trust me when I tell you this has been done by just a about EVERY JSS Matrix owner that has written to

me. If you send incomplete or incorrect information, you could easily confuse and discourage the sub-matrix

owner. Without the proper training, they can only do what they are told and if they can’t find it, they can’t

purchase the placement. Frustration kicks in and this could cause the matrix cycling process to stagnate. They

may also ignore your future requests.

SO as a team we have to start sending out better information. And that is what this document is about.

If you provide COMPLETE information AND tell the sub-matrix owner the placement number and the MATRIX

number that it belongs to, (a number that is OWNED and can actually be searched for in JSS) NOW we are talking

the same language. It can be found in JSS and we can move forward with cycling our matrices.

It is vitally important that you send out the correct information to your sub-matrix owner! If this isn’t CRYSTAL

Don’t fall for the “UPLINE” request TRAP

You may get an email from someone in your down-line, reversing the logic by asking YOU to fill YOUR level 2.

They make a suggestion for you to purchase the placements and they will buy the upgrades! Don’t fall for this

request. Do the MATH – you have twice as many LEVEL 2 placements than level 1 – if this were the “correct”

logic you could end up spending TWICE as much

Follow the rules: Buy the placements and upgrades for YOUR level 1 only! Only in very rare circumstances should you spend more and help the down-line with their Level 1.

If you do, offer an expedited upgrade after they purchase the placement or offer a premium upgrade after they purchase the placement and upgrade to “expedited”.

If you fall for this trap and do this for a large number of your matrices, in essence you will be paying the full $20

for level 1 (if your up-line doesn’t help you) and at least $20 for Level 2 spots $5 for each placement x 4 spots (or

$40 total). All that spent just to get back $60! The math doesn’t work and truly takes away any Tripler benefit.

Please don’t do it!

You would be paying for every level and every spot – NOT a smart move!

Plan Considerations:

If you have a large number of matrices, you should cycle your own sub-matrices first. What this means is you

have a primary matrix and one or both of the level #1 spots are also owned by you. You may find you also own

another matrix below the sub-matrix! If so, your goal should be to locate the lowest matrix [system number] in

your JSS matrix tree, and buy those placements first. This will fill the up-line matrix without additional

placement costs for the up-line matrix. This will help your matrix fill without having to buy placements in the

middle levels of your JSS Matrix tree [see picture].

Follow up with Level #1 owners of your matrix. Develop a relationship with them if you can. Make sure they are

trained properly so they can fill their matrices as quickly as possible. This helps them AND you.

Keep track of your emails you send and to whom. You don’t want to upset your down-line with multiple

messages day after day with the same request.

Track the matrix numbers you own, as well as which ones cycle. As of the creation of this document, JSS does

not have a way to indicate which one of YOUR matrices has cycled. You can only determine this by which matrix

is no longer in your listing. All JSS will do is send you an email stating that another matrix has cycled. You can go

to your financial section in JSS and review your earnings, but the matrix number will not be listed.

As you look at your matrix tree, you will notice at times you are the up-line, but you may not find that particular

matrix number in your list. If you know it has already cycled then the matrix you are reviewing is now your

primary matrix and not a sub-matrix. This especially applies to members with large numbers of matrices and /or

large numbers of referrals.
