RTTYUS & Canada “Portables”

US & Canadian stations do not need to sign portable, e.g., ‘W0YK’ is OK in California.Your actual location is determined from the ‘LOCATION:’ line in the Cabrillo file header where you insert your ARRL/RAC Section. However, in the results, your call sign will be listed with the portable, e.g., W0YK/6 as determined by the ‘LOCATION:’ data.
