About CPS

CPS (CMEC Prestressing System)is a brand controlled by CMEC (China Machinery Engineering Corporation). Over the years, It has developed a wide range of stressing equipments in the brand of CPS, including Hydraulic Pumps, Stressing Jacks, Testing Equipments and accessories, to economically and efficiently stress its tendons. Its emphasis on versatility is also the key to the inter-matching of different pumps and jacks to achieve maximum efficiency. CPS range of equipments is widely known for its durability, high capabilities and efficiency. CMEC, or China Machinery Engineering Corporation, is a Chinese state-owned enterprise, listed on Hong Kong Stock Exchange (01829.HK). CPS Mono jack

Mono Jack is designed to stress a single strands (bare or epoxy coated) and PC Wire. It has an automatic grip-and-release build-in system that allows faster stressing. Our Mono Jacks are popular with operators for Slab On Grade, building slab and pre-cast yards stressing.

CPS Flat Stressing Jack (YDCB series)

YDCB series Flat Stressing Jack is specifically designed for stressing flat anchorages. In conventional stressing of flat anchorage, strand is stressed one by one using Front Gripping Stressing Jack or Mono Stressing Jack. This result in uneven stressing force and lost in prestressing strength. To eliminate this problem, CPS has designed and developed YDCB series Flat Stressing Jack that allows stressing to be done simultaneously for all the strands.

YSD series Hydraulic Jack is used widely in precast yard pre-tensioning work. Simple heavy lifting work is also applicable using this series of Hydraulic Jacks. It has an internal locking device which allows the Hydraulic Jack to be locked at a specific stroke position.

CPS Flat Jack (YBD series)

CPS YBD series Flat Jack is developed for bridge bearing maintenance and replacements. It can be inserted between the superstructure and substructure. And with the matching CPS Hydraulic Pump, YBD series Flat Jack will lift the superstructure allowing access to the bridge bearing. Thus maintenance or replacement of bridge bearing can be achieved.

CPS Compression Fitting Equipment (YDCJ series)

YDCJ series Compression Fitting Equipment is the machine for forming Fix P-anchorage. By installing the compression barrel onto one end of the strand, YDCJ series machine will compress the barrel onto the strand forming a secure fixed end anchorage. YDCJ series Compression Fitting Equipment is light and compact, hence it is widely popular with operators for Φ12.70mm, Φ15.24mm and Φ17.80mm strand.

CPS Intelligent Stressing System is our patented product. The system is composed of master pump, slave pump, 2 sets of hydraulic jacks, intelligent control system and wireless network. Without manual control, the system can perform the prestressing work of the steel strands automatically by computer-controlled intelligent system. The only work you have to do is input the parameters for the work. Nowadays, prestressed construction is very widely used. The quality of the prestressing work is crucial to the construction. With the traditional technology, workmen finish the work by hands, the errors are big and the construction quality cannot be guaranteed. Corrugated duct maker is the special equipment which manufactures the corrugated ducts for prestressing concrete. It can make corrugated ducts from galvanized steel strip coil.
