CPP30411 Cer�ficate III in Security Opera�ons (Class 1F Armed Guard)
COURSE OVERVIEW
This course will only be offered to candidates who have a current NSWClass 1AC Security Licence. You will study 16 Units of Competency fromthe CPP30411 Cer�ficate III in Security Opera�ons and on comple�onyou will be able to apply to add the NSW Class 1F code to your licence.
The course will suit those who wish to begin to specialise in the securityindustry, those who wish to build on exis�ng skills, or those who want tomove into team leader or supervisory roles.
The course is fully accredited na�onally recognised training.
COURSE ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
We require all candidates to hold a current NSW Class 1AC Licence andthis must be sighted prior to enrolment being confirmed.
Students must hold a current First Aid Cer�ficate, either HLTFA311A orHLTAID003. If you did not complete your training with Star Training, youmust provide evidence of currency.
Places are compe��ve so clients must pay a $500 deposit to secure a place on the course and to commence training.

DURATION & STRUCTURE
The course is structured to run full �me face to face over a minimum of102 hours in a classroom and simulated workplace environment.
Classes run over 10 days from:
- Monday to Friday in Week 1, 0800 to 1830
- Monday to Friday in Week 2, 0800 to 1830
Assessment is a combina�on of observa�on, role play and wri�en theory,with a final closed book examina�on at the end of the program.
If students wish to gain their endorsement for bodyguarding and also a�aintheir NSW Class 1B, they can complete an addi�onal three days trainingimmediately a�er this course.
POTENTIAL CAREERSPoten�al job roles on comple�on of this program inlcude:

The course is also the basis for those who wish to begin working as anarmed guard in a cash in transit role.
Neat and �dy a�re must be worn each day including enclosed footwearat all �mes and please be conscious of personal hygiene.
Must commit to a�ending every day of the program.
