A step by step instruction

guide for the CPD Online Diary

Login to the Member’s Portal via the CICM website.

Choose CPD/MOPS in the menu bar.

Answer the question.

If you are a new user, read the welcome note and familiarise yourself with the CPD Manual

in the Resources area. Click “Start Now” when you are ready to begin entering activities.

Choose the current diary.

To begin entering activities, choose “Add Activity”

Use the search function or scroll down to find your activity.

When you have found your activity, click “Choose”.

Enter all the required information and save the entry.

The activity and points are added directly to your online diary.

If your activity cannot be found in the list of registered courses, choose “General Activity –

Requires Approval.

Enter all the required information, upload a program and hit save.

The activity will be added to the online diary under “Pending Approval” , once the CPD

Officer has approved the activity, it will automatically be added to your “Approved” list.

When the minimum requirements have been met, the diary will turn green and you will be

able to print a Certificate of Compliance.
