I am pleased to confirm that I have reserved a place for you on the training workshop Using websites and Pod casting in the Languages classroom which is taking place on Tuesday 17th April here at Royds School Specialist Language College. I have a map showing you how to get to Royds from junction 30 on the M62. Please register at the Main entrance at 9.00am.
Could I ask you to bring along a USB pen for any work you create on the day if possible. CDs will of the day however be provided. Lunch and refreshments are all provided and the course is from 9.30am until 3pm.

The workshop will take an informal approach, allowing you to participate in the demonstrations and share ideas with fellow attendees. If you feel that you would like to contribute some ideas that you have found to be successful in your own school, please do bring these along. There will be an opportunity to share good practice with other delegates during the "sharing ideas” session. You will find that the delegates are from schools in the same or neighbouring regions and it is hoped that delegates will want to stay in touch with each other, perhaps working collaboratively where opportunities arise. I look forward to meeting you at the workshop but please do not hesitate to get in touch if you have any queries in the meantime.
