Thanks for your interest in exhibiting at the Children's Pastors Conference in 2021!
This conference, organized by the International Network of Children's Ministry, is the largest independent event uniquely designed to help leaders thrive in children's min-istry. We gather around the magnificent things we have in common: a deep love for the gospel, for the Lord, for His Word, and for children.
INCM has existed for 40 years to connect children's min-istry leaders to what they need to flourish — high quality, holistic training, transformative resources, and a commu-nity that celebrates and supports one another. CPC is one of the most powerful ways we accomplish that mission.
At CPC, you have the opportunity to be in the same room with almost 2,000 leaders who are influencing the disci-pleship of this generation. You have the opportunity to connect them to the valuable and unique ways you sup-port their calling. You have the opportunity to be a part of a community that embraces you as a crucial member of what the Church needs to serve children and families.

The Children’s Pastors Conference Resource Center is uniquely designed with attendees in mind.
We've found the attendee-focused approach to be ex-tremely successful, with more than 85% of attendees vis-iting the Resource Center between 3-5 times throughout the conference.
WHAT EXHIBITORS ARE SAYING ABOUT CPC:
The Resource Center is broken down into ten categories, each with a specific brief description. Resource Providers are assigned a category by the Resource Center Committee based on the following category descriptions, as well as the Provider's application.

Each year we meet new people and get the opportunity to share resources for their churches. We see a lot of "ah-ha" moments with people. We make new friends and see old ones.

At CPC, we are interested in much more than just filling the Resource Center booth spaces. We are dedicat-ed to looking for 0rganizations who support the children’s ministry com-munity with useful and effective re-sources, events, and opportunities.
INCM believes there is great value in understanding your organization's goals and your heart for serving the Children’s Ministry Leader. This is why we put every application through a careful review process. Every decision we make is made with you and the
attendees in mind. Your applica-tion is extremely important to us, so please take your time in answering all of the questions.

All registered CPC Exhibitors have access to the General Sessions and Breakout Sessions*. We also encourage you to apply to lead Breakout Training and Coaching (see page 10 for more

information). Many organizations also work with the INCM Team to arrange unique gatherings that work around the scheduled conference events. Make the most of your time with the Community!

Resource Providers will be able to enter the Resource Center 30 minutes before the scheduled Resource Center hours and may remain in the Resource Center 30 minutes after the Resource Center closes each day.

CPC On-site CoachingAs a resource provider, you may be eligible to participate as a coach! During CPC, attendees have the opportunity to schedule a free, 30-minute appointment in which they connect one-on-one with a ministry expert who will coach them through a specific issue. Breakout TrainingAt CPC, Breakout Training is led by ministry practi-tioners, children's and family ministry advocates, and ex-pert trainers who offer in-depth and compelling learning experiences. Please visit: childrenspastorsconference.com
Note: Involvement in Breakout Training and Coaching at CPC will overlap with some Resource Center hours. As a Provider it is your responsibility to have booth coverage during all open Resource Center hours.
