LAW ON ROAD TRANSPORT (Official Gazette of the RM No 68/04, 127/06, 114/09, 83/10 and 140/10)

Condition for obtaining a licenses for performing certain type of road transport concerning the Regulative 1071/2009 and Directive 59/2003:

- Issuance of a certificate of professional competences to the manager or the authorized person in charge of the transport;

- Issuance of a certificate to the drivers as they could take part in the international carriage of passengers and goods

- The exams for obtaining the certificates

OCCUPATIONAL TRAINING AND PROFESSIONAL ADVANCED STUDY FOR PERSONS ENGAGED IN THE TRANSPORT PERFORM BY THE FOLLOVING LEGAL

PERSONS:

• SIZ “Makedonija soobrakaj” AMERIT, Skopje

• ASUC “Boro Petrusevski”, Skopje

• Technical Faculty in Bitola and

• AMSM Skopje

In the past period, the Ministry of Transport and Communications have issued:

• 4300 certificates of professional competence to managers,

• 9530 certificates of engagement of drivers in the international road transport,

The Law also includes the following conditions in accordance with the Regulative 1071/2009EC

• Financial stability of the transport companies

• Good reputation of the transport companies
